You'll build your own Vermicelli Bowl, topped with succulent home-marinated protein, and Phan's hand-rolled crispy spring rolls. Phan will guide you with tips and techniques on how to bring out the fragrant aromas that define Vietnamese cooking. You'll gain the confidence to recreate this recipe in your own kitchen and learn where to source essential Vietnamese ingredients too.
